SOFTWARE & WEB DEVELOPMENT — TACLOBAN CITY, PH

I build the software your business runs on.

Ten years writing production code inside other people's companies. Now I write it for yours — web apps, online stores, and the small tools that keep a business running without you thinking about them.

CURRENTLY IN PRODUCTION

No case studies yet. Just software that's already live.

Instead of a portfolio of mockups, here's what's actually running right now — built for real people, for real use, not for a design file.

01

Tienda De Regali ↗

A full storefront for a Tacloban flower and gifting business — browsable catalog, occasion-based shopping, and checkout built around GCash, Maya, and same-day delivery.

Type: E-commerceStack: React · Next.js · Payments
5,000+ customers served across Leyte
02

Halerism Flowers ↗

A brand site for a one-woman handmade ribbon-bouquet studio — built to turn Facebook Marketplace traffic into direct orders and tell the founder's story properly.

Type: Brand & ordering siteStack: Custom-built static site
Zero-minimum ordering, running since 2024
03

Household Chat ↗

A private, real-time chat app built for one household — works across every device, keeps messages queued when the internet drops, and syncs the moment it's back.

Type: Internal tool / PWAStack: Node.js · Socket.IO · SQLite
Offline-first, cloud-to-LAN failover
04

Fair Copy ↗

A resume builder with grammar correction built directly into the writing flow — no switching tabs to check your wording before you send it off.

Type: Web appStack: React · TypeScript · Tailwind
05

The Nocturne Files TV ↗

A content brand for an ongoing horror-story archive, designed to feel like a classified case file rather than another blog template.

Type: Content siteStack: Custom-built static site

Every one of these started as an idea sent over a message, not a formal brief. Yours can start the same way.

WHAT I BUILD

Pick a problem, not a package.

01

Web Applications

Custom tools and dashboards built with React, TypeScript, and Next.js — for internal use or for your customers.

02

Online Stores

Shopify builds with custom Liquid theming, or a fully custom checkout when off-the-shelf doesn't fit.

03

Business Websites

WordPress or hand-built sites that load fast and that you can actually update yourself afterward.

04

Ongoing Support

Bug fixes, new features, hosting help. I don't disappear the day the invoice is paid.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, start to finish.

01

Tell me the problem

A message is enough to start. No deck or spec document required.

02

I scope it in plain language

What gets built, what it costs, and how long it takes — agreed before any code is written.

03

Build in the open

You see progress as it happens, not just a reveal at the very end.

04

Launch, then stay reachable

You get something live, and someone to call when it needs to change.

WHO'S BUILDING

One developer. Ten years of production code.

L8Tech is me — Ric, a front-end developer based in Tacloban City. I've spent over a decade building software inside other companies' teams: React and TypeScript applications, Shopify storefronts, WordPress sites, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps a product running when nobody's looking.

L8Tech is that same work, done directly for you — without the layers of a bigger agency in between.

Have something that needs building?

Tell me what it is. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a weekend job or a real project — and what either one takes.
